This is a 35-year-old female with a history of breastfeeding and bilateral breast augmentation with saline implants by another surgeon 12 years prior. She desired a more natural feel and look, and restoration of upper-pole fullness to her breasts. She underwent a bilateral implant exchange with “soft touch” silicone implants and a breast lift. She is very pleased with her results. Results are seven months after surgery.
