This is a 46-year-old woman found to be BRCA2+, increasing her risk for breast cancer. She underwent a bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting.
