This is a 49-year-old woman who desired fuller breasts after having children. She wanted to avoid scars on the front of her breasts and underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with 310cc silicone “soft touch” implants with the incisions in the inframammary fold (fold of the breasts). Results are three months after surgery.
