This is a 42-year-old female with a history of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and weight fluctuation. When the patient presented for her consultation, she was a 32D bra size and desired to be a C cup. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction and lift to restore a youthful breast shape. The patient is very pleased with her new breast size and shape. After results are eight weeks post op.
