This is a 59-year-old woman with a history of two pregnancies, a 60-pound weight loss, and bilateral breast augmentation with another surgeon 37 years prior who presented to the office with ruptured implants. She desired restoration of her youthful contours and an implant exchange. She underwent an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), liposuction to her flanks, and a bilateral breast implant exchange and lift. She is very pleased with her results. Results are six months after surgery.
