This is a 55-year-old female with a history of two pregnancies who had undergone gastric sleeve weight loss surgery three years prior. She had maintained a stable weight and desired a reduction of her D-cup breasts as well as removal of excess skin and stubborn pockets of fat from her abdomen. She underwent a breast reduction and tummy tuck. Results are from eight months after surgery.
