This is a 51-year-old male with a history of massive weight loss. He had undergone gastric bypass surgery approximately 15 years before and lost 135 pounds. He underwent gynecomastia surgery (male breast reduction) and a body lift that included a tummy tuck and liposuction. After photos are from 8 weeks after surgery; scars will continue to fade.
