If I could give infinity stars, I would. I felt like I hit the lottery when I found Austin Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery. After being diagnosed with breast cancer a second time, I needed something positive for sure. I needed to feel confident that after losing both my breasts I was going to get them back. Finding a surgeon who is not only at the top of their profession, but who also has an incredible bedside manner is so rare. My breasts are killer. The patient experience is like nothing else. It was stellar from start to finish. The staff are so warm, friendly and extremely supportive and caring.
I’m a year out from my ‘mommy makeover’ and I’m so happy I found this practice! The Austin Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery clinic is gorgeous and always smells so nice, feeling more like a spa than a Dr’s office. The staff are so professional and friendly, and I love her PA Santina. Most importantly, my results are perfect!! They carefully listened to my goals, and had me share goal photos so they could make sure they created my ideal breast size - I love them! My tummy also looks so good and I’m wearing crop tops again after spending years hiding my belly. I was so scared going into such a big surgery, but couldn’t have asked for a better experience, from consult, to the actual surgery day, to the follow up care! My journey with breast reconstruction has about come to an end. I called here around a year ago now, full of tears, fear and lost hope. Speaking with Courtney over the phone I immediately felt like there might be hope for me. I had to finish recovering from failed previous reconstruction before I could come in but she assured me they could help me. This entire office has been absolutely amazing. PA Santina arrived midway through my journey and has been a great asset as well. Austin Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery took me on and repaired what I thought might be a hopeless case. From my first consultation, surgery itself, to the follow ups, they’ve remained compassionate and shown such care and kindness. I can’t recommend this office enough!
I'm writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn't speak English. Austin Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery are absolutely amazing and professional. They performed breast implant reconstruction after bilateral mastectomy on my mom who is a cancer patient. We are so incredibly happy with the results. Her doctor and their staff have the best bedside manner- they are so caring and soft spoken and in tune with every need. They took the time to explain in great detail every step of the surgery and recovery process, offered a few options and recomendations based on my mom's situation. The aftercare post the surgery is what really impressed my mom and me. My mom had a rough recovery journey (infection, radiation treatment). The surgeon saw my mom on several occasions in the hospital and in her office until she was sure my mom was completely healed and her staff always returned phone calls/messages when we had concerns. We would not go to another doctor. Austin Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery gave my mom her confidence back and made her feel and look beautiful again. Thank you for everything.
Austin Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery provided the highest quality care I could imagine. They were prompt, gracious, extremely professional, and granted me all the information and time I needed to make solid, informed decisions about my own healthcare. APRS performed an extremely complicated diep flap double mastectomy due to breast cancer, and the results have been amazing. I suffered almost no pain due to surgery, and all feeling has returned. Another healthcare professional I saw after surgery said they had never seen a cleaner, more issue-free result of this type of surgery. I definitely will return for any future care, and would highly recommend to others.

Amazing team. Dr. Fisher is passionate and caring and really wants the best for her patients. Her work is her art and she is the absolute best in the area. Living in San Antonio, my wife needed some complex reconstructive surgery. After a thorough search throughout the State of Texas, we chose Dr. Fisher in Austin to see my wife thru this event. We couldn’t be more pleased! From the very start Dr. Fisher and her team lead us up to the surgery with care and compassion. All of our questions and concerns were addressed giving us confidence to move forward. On the day of the surgery Dr. Fisher’s team, especially the attending nurse, saw my wife thru pre-op making her feel as comfortable as possible. Likewise, after the surgery the attention given my wife was nothing less than outstanding. Seeing it thru to the end, there were several follow-ups with Dr. Fisher and her team and all went very well. Most importantly, my wife is completely happy with the results of the surgery! Dr Fisher’s work is truly superior! My wife and I are so pleased that we chose Dr. Fisher for this procedure, and would highly recommend her and her team to others.
One of the best things that I have ever done was reaching out to Dr. Fisher’s office about scheduling a consultation. Her team has been nothing but friendly and genuine in the entirety of my time in and out of her office, and Dr. Fisher herself made me feel like I was welcome and valid through every step. She took my concerns about being able to breastfeed in the future seriously and did everything in her power to make sure that I would be able to do just that, which is really the only thing that I could have asked for. Pre-surgery I was getting migraines on a near-daily basis because of the weight pulling on my neck & spine and now I am happy to report that I am down to maybe one or two a month, all because my health was taken into consideration and I have nothing but wholehearted thanks for Dr. Fisher and her team.

Dr. Fisher and her team are amazing! I chose her because I loved that it was a team of women. I’ve wanted to join the itty bitty tittie committee since I was 19 and wanted a doctor who focused on reconstruction and detail, not someone doing cookie-cutter implant surgeries all day. My breast reduction and lift went beautifully. I’m only six weeks post-op and already over the moon with my results. Hawna, her NP, was incredible and answered all my texts when I had questions after surgery. I highly recommend them!
