This is a 25-year-old female who noted a lack of upper and lower pole fullness to her breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants using a “hidden scar” technique with the incisions in the inframammary fold (fold of the breasts). The patient was very pleased with her new breast shape. Results are one year after surgery.
