This is a 30-year-old woman who wished to restore volume and upper pole fullness to her breasts after having children. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with 310cc silicone “soft touch” implants with the incision hidden in the inframammary fold (fold of the breasts). Results are six months after surgery.
