This is a 37-year-old woman found to have left breast cancer. After finishing chemotherapy, she underwent a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy and an immediate PAP (profunda artery perforator) breast flap reconstruction, with tissue taken from the thighs. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting.
