This is a 43-year-old female who breastfed two children. When she presented at the office for her consultation, she discussed her desire for more volume and upper pole fullness to her breasts, which had become deflated since breastfeeding. She underwent a bilateral breast augmentation with silicone implants placed using a dual-plane technique with the incision hidden in the inframammary fold (fold of the breasts). She is very pleased with her results. Results are six months after surgery.
