Age: 53

This is a 53-year-old woman with a history of left breast cancer who underwent chemotherapy followed by a lumpectomy and radiation.  Based on results of genetic testing, she then opted to undergo a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy with an immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction.  She completed her reconstruction with a reconstruction revision surgery with fat grafting.
