This is a 68-year-old female who presented with large, pendulous breasts and was a bra size 32G. She wanted to reduce her bra size to a 32C and restore a youthful positioning of her breasts. She underwent a bilateral breast reduction using a vertical technique. She is very happy with her results. Results are eight weeks after surgery.
