68 yo with history of R breast cancer 30years prior treated with lumpectomy, radiation, and initially implant placement. This was replaced 10 years later with a pedicled TRAM flap. She presented to Dr Dumestre 12 years after her last surgery unhappy with the asymmetry and the bulk of breast under her left armpit.
