50 yo with history of right breast cancer treated elsewhere with double nipple-sparing mastectomy and direct-to-implant reconstruction (above the muscle). No chemo or radiation needed. Presented to Dr. Dumestre 2 years after her initial reconstruction unhappy with the position and shape of her implants. She wanted to maintain a similar size. Photos: Before; 3 months after implant exchange (295cc to 340cc moderate plus silicone implants), mesh, and fat transfer to both breasts.
