57 yo with history of right breast cancer treated with lumpectomy and radiation. Presenting 2 years later unhappy with shape, deep puckering of right breast scar and displacement of nipple. Reconstruction planned as 2 surgery approach. Photos: Before; 2 weeks after 1st surgery (right breast latissimus flap and tissue expander placement); 6 months after 2nd surgery (right breast implant placement 485cc, and matching left breast reduction/lift/implant placement (485cc) performed by Dr. Dumestre.
