This is a 36-year-old woman with a strong family history of breast cancer. She underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple-sparing mastectomies with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. The patient desired more volume and projection, so three months later she completed her reconstruction with a revision surgery in which she had fat grafting and bilateral implants placed behind the living tissue.
