This 42-year-old patient had a history of right breast cancer treated with a double mastectomy, immediate DIEP flap reconstruction, and chemotherapy. One year after her initial reconstruction, she presented to Dr. Dumestre dissatisfied with the breast size. To achieve her desired volume, she underwent placement of 310cc silicone implants beneath both DIEP flaps. These photos show her prior to revision surgery and one year after implant placement.
