This is a 44-year-old woman found to have right breast cancer. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy with immediate tissue expander placement. After three months, she underwent tissue expander removal, silicone implant placement and fat grafting. She opted to not undergo nipple reconstruction or tattooing. After photos are with temporary nipple tattoos.
