This is a 51-year-old female diagnosed with left breast invasive lobular carcinoma. She underwent bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies with tissue expander reconstruction. After she completed post operative chemotherapy, she underwent tissue expander removal, silicone implant placement and fat grafting. Results are 4 weeks after surgery.
