After your procedure, we will keep you at our facility for a couple of hours for monitoring; after that, a friend or family member can drive you home.

What Is the Recovery Like After Breast Implant Removal?

Most patients require around one to two weeks of rest after breast implant removal surgery before returning to their normal routines. You’ll experience some swelling, bruising, and soreness, and you may be instructed to wear a surgical support bra for a few weeks. After your procedure, you should also wait at least four to six weeks before participating in strenuous exercise.
