36-year-old patient found to have left breast cancer. After undergoing neo-adjuvant chemotherapy, she underwent bilateral mastectomies and a hybrid breast reconstruction, first undergoing an immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction followed by implant placement with Dr. Fisher.
