57-year-old patient with a history of right breast cancer who previously underwent a right latissimus flap and implant placement and postoperative radiation with another surgeon. She unfortunately had a recurrence and required chemotherapy, axillary lymph node dissection and radiation to the axilla. She presented to Dr. Fisher 17 years later complaining of pain and unhappy with her aesthetic results. She underwent a delayed stacked right DIEP flap and left implant exchange with Dr. Fisher.
