Immediate PAP Flap Gallery Patient 204956
41 yo with history of right breast cancer treated elsewhere with double mastectomy and DIEP flap reconstruction. Presented to Dr. Dumestre with extensive fat necrosis to upper half of left breast (hard ball of fat). Opted for treatment of this with surgical removal of half of upper left DIEP flap and replacement with PAP flap from left thigh. Photos: Before; and 6 weeks after
