This is a 50-year-old woman found to have right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She had a history of breast augmentation a few years prior to her diagnosis. She underwent a unilateral right nipple-sparing mastecomy with immediate tissue expander placement. After 3 months, she underwent right tissue expander removal, silicone implant placement and fat grafting.
