72-year-old presenting with right breast cancer. Planned cancer treatment included a right breast lumpectomy followed by radiation. The patient desired reconstruction with a simultaneous breast reduction.
Photos show the progression: before surgery, 8 months after right breast lumpectomy with breast tissue rearrangement to fill the defect (breast lift) and matching left breast reduction, and 4 months after completing radiation therapy.
