This is a 27-year-old found to left breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent pre-operative chemotherapy followed by a bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction. She then underwent radiation therapy to the left breast. She had one breast reconstruction revision surgery with fat grafting and nipple reconstruction, followed by in-office nipple-areolar tattooing.
