This is a 42-year-old female with right breast cancer. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy with an immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She required postoperative chemotherapy and radiation to the right breast. After completion of her cancer treatment, she underwent a reconstruction revision surgery with fat grafting and 3D nipple-areolar tattooing.
