This is a 62-year-old woman found to have right breast cancer who underwent a bilateral mastectomy. After completing chemotherapy, she then underwent a delayed bilateral DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting, followed by 3D nipple-areola tattooing.
