This is a 61-year-old woman found to have right breast DCIS. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy with an immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting, followed by 3D nipple-areola tattooing. This is a three-year result.
