This patient had a history of left breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She had a total mastectomy of both breasts and nipples, and underwent post-operative chemotherapy and radiation. After a year, she decided to undergo reconstruction. She had a delayed DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She had one revision surgery with nipple reconstruction, and had nipple-areola tattooing in the office.
