This is a 39-year-old female diagnosed with right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent a bilateral mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction. She then had a subsequent reconstruction revision surgery with fat grafting, nipple reconstruction and nipple-areolar tattooing.
