This is a 61-year-old woman found to have right breast invasive ductal carcinoma. She underwent a right breast mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap breast reconstruction and a left breast mastopexy (lift) for symmetry. She completed her reconstruction with one revision surgery with fat grafting to both breasts for symmetry and right breast nipple reconstruction. She had nipple-areolar tattooing done in the office.
