This 43-year-old patient was diagnosed with right breast cancer and had a history of cosmetic breast augmentation. As part of her cancer treatment, she underwent a double nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate implant-based reconstruction using 520cc moderate projection silicone implants placed above the muscle. One year later, she had a second-stage surgery involving fat transfer to enhance breast shape and contour. These photos show her results before surgery and 1.5 years after the mastectomy and reconstruction procedures.
