This 58-year-old patient, identified with a high-risk breast mass, chose to undergo a prophylactic double nipple-sparing mastectomy with implant-based reconstruction. She received 340cc moderate plus profile silicone implants placed above the muscle, followed by a second-stage fat transfer procedure six months later to conceal implant rippling and enhance contour. These photos show her results before surgery and one year after her mastectomy and reconstruction.
