44 yo with strong family history of breast cancer seeking preventative mastectomy and implant reconstruction. Has history of cosmetic breast implats 10 years prior, placed under the muscle. Photos: Before; 3 months after double nipple-sparing mastectomy, removal of cosmetic implants, repair of pectoralis muscle and placement of 430cc moderate plus projection silicone 'gummy bear' implants. Now awaiting second surgery for fat transfer contouring to breasts.
