44 yo with history of cosmetic breast implants (485cc) placed under the muscle. Diagnosed with right breast cancer, seeking double nipple-sparing mastectomy with immediate implant reconstruction. Photos: Before; 5 months after double mastectomy and placement of 430cc moderate plus projection silicone 'gummy bear' implants above the muscle (pectoralis major muscle was repaired). Now awaiting second stage for fat grafting to further soften implant appearance.
