6 month results following delayed implant reconstruction with PDO mesh following bilateral mastectomy for treatment of right breast cancer. She was an active smoker at the time of diagnosis so underwent flat closure to void mastectomy skin flap necrosis and infection risk. Delayed reconstruction was done following at least 6 weeks of smoking cessation.
