44 yo with strong family history of breast cancer seeking preventative mastectomy and implant reconstruction. Has history of cosmetic breast implabts 10 years prior, placed under the muscle. Photos: Before; 3 months after double nipple-sparing mastectomy, removal of cosmetic implants, repair of pectoralis muscle and placement of 430cc moderate plus projection silicone 'gummy bear' implants performed by Dr. Dumestre. Now awaiting second surgery for fat transfer contouring to breasts.
