43-year-old with history of breast cancer 10 years prior treated with chemotherapy, double mastectomy, and under the muscle implant reconstruction. Presented to Dr. Dumestre unhappy with size and shape of breasts. Wanting to be substantially larger and with smoother contour. Not bothered by animation (under the muscle position). Photos: Before; 1 year after implant exchange (375cc to ) , and fat transfer to both breasts harvested from abdomen / low back.
