56 yo hx of L breast cancer tx with mastectomy, no RT/chemo. Had delayed recon w L expander and implant placement (400cc) and R mastopexy 5 years prior to presenting to me. Unhappy with lack of symmetry, wanted more projection and larger both sides. Photo: 6 months post R BAM (310cc implant), L implant exchange (545cc) and excision of redundant skin, liposuction to chest wall.
