35 yo with BRCA1 diagnosis and history of preventative double mastectomy with immediate DIEP flap reconstruction 8 years ago. Presented to Dr. Dumestre unhappy with size and shape of breasts, desired reduction and re-shaping. Also unhappy with poor abdominal contour and very low position of belly button. Photos: Before; and 6 months after breast reduction, lift, and fat transfer for contouring, as well as removal of old belly button, creation of new one, mons lift, and abdominal liposuction contouring.
