48 yo with history of left breast cancer treated with chemotherapy, double mastectomy, and under the muscle tissue expander --> implant reconstruction. Reconstruction complicated by 3 separate instances of left breast infection over the years. Presented to Dr. Dumestre 10 years later, unhappy with recurring infections, size, animation due to under muscle reconstruction, and asymmetry. Photos: Before; 6 months after implant exchange (525cc to 745cc silicone implants), repositioning to above the muscle plane, repair of pec muscle, and liposuction contouring of chest sides with fat transfer to breasts.
