3 month results following implant reconstruction revision with mesh, conversion from below the muscle to above the muscle placement, and pectoralis muscle repair. This patient has a history of right breast cancer and initially underwent direct to implant reconstruction with another surgeon where she had saline implants placed under the muscle. She is happy to have more natural appearing and comfortable reconstruction.
