64 yo with history of left breast cancer treated with double mastectomy, latissimus dorsi flap and implants. Presented to Dr. Dumestre 10 years later unhappy with animation from under the muscle position of implants, size, and shape. Photos: Before; 3 months after de-nervation of latissimus muscle, implant exchange (445cc moderate projection silicone implants) and repositioning to above the muscle, and repair of pec muscle. Note when patient has her hands on her hips activating her muscles the degree of deformation before vs. after the position change!
