51 yo with history of left breast cancer with large lumpectomy to left breast and radiation therapy 2 years before presenting to Dr. Dumestre. She also had cosmetic implants placed under the muscle 11 years prior and now has capsular contracture, and animation deformity. She was seeking implant exchange and we decided to reposition the implants above the muscle to resolve her animation and double-bubble.
