67-year-old with history of right breast cancer, treated with double mastectomy and implant reconstruction by a different surgeon. Had implants removed 10 years prior to presenting to Dr. Dumestre and has been flat ever since. Wanted reconstruction using her own tissues and wanted to avoid the skin patch required for delayed reconstruction, so the plan was made to first stretch the skin with tissue expanders.
