41-year-old w history of L breast cancer treated with lumpectomy, no RT, underwent bilateral prophylactic mastectomies (strong family hx) with immediate bilateral DIEP flap reconstruction. Pictured 2 months after second and final surgery (breast lift and removal of visible abdominal skin), liposuction to flanks. Now awaiting NAC tattooing as a final step performed by Dr. Dumestre.
