52-year-old presenting 8 years after initial L breast cancer treated with L mastectomy, implant reconstruction, and radiation therapy. She had had multiple revision surgeries and remained unhappy with tight, asymmetric left breast. Opted for implant removal and DIEP flap reconstruction.
